Through the years skylights have been available in many brands, styles and shapes with a host of different flashing systems. If they leak or are broken or just plain old and need to be replaced we can help. Many times a leak may not be from the skylight itself but a deteriorating roof surface that needs to be replaced. During Watertite’s 36 years of roofing and skylight experience we have seen them all and can provide you with an expert eye as well as an easy solution to your skylight problems.
Our partner Velux makes many sizes of replacement skylights, both venting and fixed, that fit the old style plastic skylights. The pictures on the right shows an example of an existing bubble roof frame that was able to be recycled to mount a new Velux curb skylight as well as a before and after of a complete flush mount bubble unit replacement.
Velux will also make custom sizes to our specifications to fit almost any need. You can see some examples of this on the commercial page. We also have available to you the original Velux GGL line of center pivot skylights that are imported for us from Europe.
